Christine Mikhael
Founding Director & Principal
Christine is the Founding Director of Mikhael Lawyers.
​
Christine has worked with a diverse portfolio of private clients and has notable experience with private investors, high net-worth investment funds and their related companies - having led the legal team of Ascender Capital and Study Group, owned by Potentia Capital and Ardian Capital respectively.
​
Christine's twelve year legal experience spans across a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, private education, financial services, healthcare, oil and gas, real estate, retail, technology, and transportation. Christine is a versatile and well experienced commercial negotiator and advisor who prides herself on being a forward-thinking, solution focused champion.

Christine is also a known and respected legal academic, having provided seminars and tutorials at Macquarie University for over six years. Christine has mentored thousands of law students and has been recognised by Macquarie University as an "influential educator" of Constitutional and Administrative Law, Family Law, Tort Law, Remedies, Equity and Legal Ethics.

In Christine's experience, she has found that the ultimate glory of a good lawyer is in the clarity of their legal advice and simplicity of their execution. Having advised a range of audiences, from companies, directors, individuals and students, Christine was inspired to create a firm that could speak transparently to any audience.
